Summary:
The Statistical Office in Kraków presents you the next thematic publication containing main data on population, vital statistics and migration in the Małopolskie voivodship. The publication has appeared in similar layout since 1999.
This elaboration presents data characteristic for demographic situation of the voivodship in 2011 and 2012.
This study presents the results of population balance made as of 31 DeDecember 2012 for all units of administrative division of voivodship. This balance was made taking as the basis for calculations the results of the Population and Housing Census held on 31 March 2011.
Methodological notes presents sources and scope of data and definition of main terms classified by order of discussed topic in description part.
The synthesis of the results of research, supplemented by graphic presentation depicts:
-the size and structure of population,
-marriages, separations, divorces, births and deaths,
-permanent and temporary, internal and international migration of population.
Tabular part of the publication consists of rewiev tables including selected demographic information on the voivodship and its subregions against a background of Pololand. Detailed tables include data on the structure of population, vital statistics and migration by subregions, powiats and gminas. Divorces and adjudicated separations are presented by subregions and powiats.
