I present to you the cyclical 'Report on the socio-economic situation of Małopolskie Voivodship', which is a comprehensive study of the most important demographic and socio-economic aspects of the region.

The aim of this publication is to present the current situation in Małopolskie Voivodship and the directions of changes observed since 2015. The analysis covers topics such as: demographic structure, labour market, wages and salaries, agriculture, industry, construction, financial results of enterprises, investment outlays, gross domestic product, which were developed on the basis of statistical data from Statistics Poland’s research and administrative sources. This year's edition of the Report has been expanded once again with an Annex with data on Strategic Intervention Areas, defined in the National Regional Development Strategy 2030 as municipalities at risk of permanent marginalisation and cities losing their socio-economic functions, for which special development support instruments are in place.
