The publication presents the most important current indicators in the scope of, among others, demography, labour market, education, culture and tourism, municipal infrastructure, budget revenue and expenditure. The socio-economic situation of Nowy Sącz was presented against the background of Małopolskie Voivodship and selected cities with powiat status in Poland similar in terms of the number of population.
